Return & Refund Policy

Returns can be placed by applying for Return/Exchange in the "My Account" webpage and clicking on "Return/Exchange" in the order details.

Return Policy

1. All orders can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Essentials (Face Masks), and products bought on any discount or offer (Only Last Grab Sale Items) are non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged against any other product
3. Discounted Items other than last grab sale items can be returned only against store credits
4. Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned.
5. Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged
6. The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
7. All items returned go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the returned item will be informed to you via an email within 1 business day from receiving the return consignment.

Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed within 2 business days of return acceptance email confirmation through same mode.

All Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded in store credits only.

Return Charges

If you wish to return any full price product from your order, a nominal charge of Rs. 150/- will be applicable against return shipment charges. The same will be deducted before processing the refund.
