I ordered two kurta sets. After briefly trying them on, I realized that I wanted to return them - material was cheap, the make careless, altogether poor quality. It took several emails to even get a return address. The company does not issue return labels, which would have been very helpful. I was prepared to pay for the return shipping, but a label would have been helpful. Instead, I was finally given the very long and complicated address of the producer in India where to ship the return to. It did not fit in the customs declaration or the shipping form on the computer at USPS. The mail person ended up taping the email on the parcel in addition to all the forms.
When i informed the company of the shipping date and gave them the Customs tracking number, they asked me about additional photos from the shipping as proof. That was not something anybody mentioned before - I have the USPS customs and mailing form that I forwarded to them. It's too early to have received my refund, I'll wait and see.... One thing is for sure, I will not use this company again.
