I have written, emailed, messages for assistance with this outfit! Extremely frustrated!!
The quality is very very poor!!!
Very thin, and the pockets in the vest fall down, and can be seen below the hem when wearing!! I do not want to incur the return cost, and realize it is a risk I was taking in placing an order for the first time. As I don’t have a choice, and will be keeping the out for, I asked the company if they would be considerate and possibly give me a discount on this out so that I may have it repaired. All I keep getting is a generic feed back of their return policy! Nothing further! They are so quick to take your money, but no onus on their quality they give you in exchange!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
I work in customer service for a high end company, and this is not how we treat our customers. We do not ignore them or their problem with a product they purchase from us!!
We take care of them, and keep them happy so they feel assured in purchasing again from us!
Not the case with this company, they simply do not care!!
