Though when i had purchased there was a 7 day return or exchange option on the page (from the date item delivered)

This product inspire of instructions given to be delivered to my neighbour in my absence was not delivered.
The product is lying at the warehouse spoke to ms.chanda and Anish at the call centre for 36mts but no favourable answer given. All I cud hear was Sorry ma’am , strange the meaning of sorry was exploitated miserably
